About this tag

A kitten painted across a garage door is exactly the sort of thing Bike Tag is good at turning into a landmark. What is less satisfying is that this one seems to have left almost no paper trail. I could not find a reliable artist credit, title, installation date, or story explaining why the cat is here at all. So “CATSUP!” remains less a documented work of public art than a tiny neighborhood mystery.
