Bike Tag came back to Lottie, this time from the walkway beside her rooftop perch. One story we missed the first time: during the 1994 Ohio River flood, Kentucky Science Center staff reportedly cut a hole in one of her legs so rising water wouldn’t float the nearly 5,000-pound fiberglass triceratops away. That helps explain why, after her 2022 restoration, they put her on top of an elevator shaft. Lottie has already had enough adventures at ground level.
