Louisville Metro catalogs this Germantown wall as a 2021 untitled mural by Wilfred E. Sieg III of The Art Cartel, at the site then identified as AW Food Mart. The Art Cartel has been behind a number of public-art projects around Louisville, and this one made for a good bit of visual misdirection in the neighborhood.
