The top of the Health Sciences Center garage is one of downtown’s more accidental overlooks. The structure was expanded upward over the years simply to hold more cars, but the result is a surprisingly good perch above the medical campus with the skyline laid out beyond it. No observation deck, no scenic marker, no reason to linger except that the view is better than a parking garage has any business providing.
