Bank of Louisville
About this tag
Another installment in Bike Tag’s proud tradition of nondescript brick walls. The saving grace here was the Bank of Louisville’s very distinctive “cornflower blue” brick. The 11-story building went up in 1967 as the bank’s headquarters, then outlived the bank itself after a 2002 merger. A later plan to turn it into a Hotel Indigo never happened, and the old blue tower has spent years waiting for another use.
