The bike has now made a second visit to this garage-door kitten on Wetterau, just a few steps from the Goss Avenue Kroger. It still seems to have no public artist credit, title, installation date, or story explaining why it’s here. So CATSUP, pt. 2 is mostly a return to one of those tiny Germantown landmarks that Bike Tag is unusually good at noticing.
