One of the rarer indoor tags, tucked into the Louie Link between Cowger Garage and the Galt House. That connector dates to 2003, when even putting a glass pedway over historic Main Street managed to become a controversy. The better clues were outside the window: Whitney Olsen’s huge 2022 mural wrapped around the Fourth Street flood pump station, plus a conveniently visible “The GALT.” The nice thing here is that the window view wasn’t just scenery. It supplied a couple of downtown breadcrumbs for what was already an unusually indoor Bike Tag.
