“EXIST” was tucked into a surprisingly layered stretch of the Butchertown Greenway. The path follows Beargrass Creek beneath I-71, but it started life as Litterle Road before being closed to cars and converted to a multi-use trail in 1999. The creek itself is heavily engineered through this section. Since this tag, the spot has become harder to revisit. The greenway between Story Avenue and River Road is now closed while the I-71 bridge over Beargrass Creek is rebuilt, with reopening planned for fall 2027.
