The tagger actually asked, “Is this too obscure?” Probably. The only obvious clue was a generic sign banning skateboarding, bicycle riding and rollerblading inside an otherwise anonymous parking garage. The better clue was social: knowing who placed it and where they spent their time. The garage shares 415 W. Jefferson with the downtown Jimmy John’s, which currently has the added irony of advertising bike-delivery jobs while the garage tells you not to ride one inside.
