Louisville Loop - Lees Lane Trailhead
About this tag
The end of Lees Lane is where the Louisville Loop quits behaving like a street route and climbs onto the levee. From here the paved Levee Trail runs another 8.3 miles toward Farnsley-Moremen Landing, with a short spur nearby leading out toward an Ohio River overlook. Louisville’s current maps call the official trailhead back at Riverside Gardens, but this junction is the more satisfying landmark. It’s where the road ends and the good part starts.
