The Belvedere got another turn, except this time the fountain was actually running. The water feature dates back to the plaza’s 1973 opening, though it was substantially redone during the big 1990s renovation that also fixed leaks into the parking garage underneath. Apparently the difference between a repeat location and a new Bike Tag can be as simple as turning on the water.
