Less than two months before this tag, a semi crashed through the railing here and ended up dangling over the Ohio River with its driver still inside. Louisville firefighters rescued her, and the damage turned out to be concentrated in the sidewalk, railing and supporting steel. Repairs were finished on April 12, just 18 days before this was tagged. The freshly repaired section was still identifiable by the different paint. No extra points for recreating the semi’s parking job with a bicycle.
