These metal wheels sticking out of the ground don’t seem to have an explanation, which is impressive considering how much history the nearby building has. The old Market Street property spent years as a furniture store, then housed Hyman DeBrovy & Sons from 1962 to 2004 before eventually becoming Falls City Lofts and offices. I couldn’t connect the wheels to any of those uses, or even settle whether they’re wagon or rail hardware. They may just be one stubborn piece of industrial-looking weirdness that nobody bothered to remove.
