About this tag

One whole side of the sign simply says, “And a good day to you, sir!” The other identifies Stanley Schultze & Co., a Louisville commercial glass and door company founded in 1941. The wording also happens to be an exact Walter Sobchak line from The Big Lebowski. If the movie reference was intentional, giving it half the company signage is a pretty strong commitment to the bit.
