About this tag

This one stretched the rules a little. Tags were generally supposed to point to something permanent enough that the next rider would still have a chance of finding it, and a temporary road-closure sign definitely wasn't that. There were enough other clues around the spot to make it solvable, though. The other funny part is the timing: Thunder Over Louisville wasn't until April 20, so this was sitting out there almost four weeks before the fireworks.
