About this tag

Apparently this horse really does identify as a helicopter. WLKY says its Gallopalooza horse dates to the original 2004 run and was designed to look like the station’s news chopper. That first Gallopalooza put 223 fiberglass horses around Louisville to raise money for Brightside and other nonprofits. Twenty years later, WLKY’s chopper-horse was still parked out front on Mellwood Avenue, doing a pretty convincing job of being both.
