About this tag

This was a mean little clue. The 8th & Main Garage opened in 1996 and has five levels and more than 500 parking spaces, but none of that was much help from the tag itself. There was basically a bike-parking sign, a rack and a whole lot of generic concrete. The person who claimed it either did some serious garage hunting or knew Louisville’s downtown parking structures unusually well.
