About this tag

This one is almost looking straight at its own museum. Ashley “ACE” Cathey painted the mural during the 2021 Imagine Mural Festival, when several works went up around the Muhammad Ali Center celebrating Louisville as the home of the Greatest. Cathey’s piece leans into Ali’s swagger as the “Louisville Lip,” which is hard to beat for a wall sitting right across Sixth Street from the place devoted to his life.
