About this tag

This Derby-themed door is part of Downtown’s Alley Gallery, the project that turned ordinary service entrances into little pieces of public art. This one has an unusual artist credit: “Kindred employees.” It’s officially untitled and sits at the former Kindred Healthcare headquarters on Fourth Street. Kindred’s corporate presence later became part of ScionHealth, which still occupies the address, so the Alley Gallery listing now says ScionHealth even though the old employee credit remains.
