About this tag

There is plenty of history attached to this old O.K. Storage building, but somehow the thing demanding an explanation is a squirrel answering a telephone from a tree stump. I went looking for one and came up empty. No reliable source I found explains who put it there, when it appeared, or what office furniture has to do with telephonic squirrels. Which leaves this as one of the better kinds of Bike Tag discoveries: an extremely specific Louisville oddity that apparently feels no obligation to explain itself.
