About this tag

This one is tucked off the street on Chester Avenue, where The Art Cartel left behind a skeleton dressed like he’s been waiting since 1987 for the concert to start. Denim cutoff, sunglasses, full mullet. The artist group has painted all over this part of Louisville, but this particular piece doesn’t seem to have much of a paper trail. Which is fine. The important information is already there: business in the front, party in the back.
