About this tag

“JUST COME HOME” spray-painted across a dumpster in one of Old Louisville’s rear alleys. There doesn’t seem to be any recorded explanation for the message or who put it there. The setting is appropriately mundane. These alleys were historically the service side of the neighborhood, providing access for carriage houses, trash collection and later utilities behind the houses on the main streets.
